Pricing

We reserve the right to change the products and prices from time to time as we can’t guarantee the exchange rate and all products are sold subject to availability.

All prices shown are sold exclusive of postage and insurance. (We use Speed Services were possible)

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% on all imported items before an order will be processed.

No goods will be dispatched without proof of payment.

Exchanges and Refunds

We will change or accept returns within 14 days less all postage and an admin fee (5%) as long as the product is in its original packaging and can be resold. You will be liable for the cost of the return postage or courier charges. If there was a mistake on our part we will cover the cost of the charges incurred, all breakages or losses will remain the liability of the buyer and we strongly encourage that you include insurance on the delivery to cover this cost.

Warranty

We will only cover the warranty as per manufacture outlines for our medical equipment that we outsource.
